How long does delivery take?
Your order is prepared and checked within 2–4 days, then delivered in 10–15 business days in total within the European Union (12–20 business days to the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Which size should I choose?
Measure your child from head to toe and pick the matching size in the size guide. Between two sizes? Go one up: it will be comfier and last longer.
Can my baby sleep in it?
No. The padded shell isn't suitable for sleep: the onesie is made for playtime, dressing up and photos, with an adult nearby. For bedtime, choose regular pyjamas.
How do I wash it?
Gentle wash at 30 °C in a laundry bag, then air dry. Skip the tumble dryer to keep the plush soft.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. Write to us via the Contact page with your order number and we'll explain how to return it and get a refund (all the details are in our returns policy).
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment is processed by Shopify over an encrypted connection: we never see your card details.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship free of charge to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and Ireland. We also ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada with tracking: the shipping cost is shown at checkout.
