14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason.

How to return an item

  1. Before the deadline, email us at bmd.ecom691@gmail.com with your order number and your decision to withdraw. You can also use the form below.
  2. We reply with the return address and the steps to follow.
  3. Send the item back no later than 14 days after telling us your decision, complete and in its packaging. You may handle the item to check its size and quality, but you may be held liable for any loss in value resulting from other use.

Return costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective, damaged or does not match your order.

Refund

We refund all payments received from you, including the initial delivery costs (except any extra cost for a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery), no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or until you have supplied proof of having sent it back. We use the same payment method as the one used for your order.

Damaged or defective item, or our mistake

Send us a photo at bmd.ecom691@gmail.com: we'll offer a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you. You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, described in our terms of sale.
