Countries and rates

• France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and Ireland: free tracked shipping.
• United States, United Kingdom and Canada: tracked shipping for €29 (or the equivalent in your currency).

The exact rate is shown before payment.

Estimated delivery times

• Preparation and quality check: 2–4 business days after your order.
• European Union: 10–15 business days in total, from your order to your door.
• United States, United Kingdom and Canada: 12–20 business days in total.

Our items ship from our logistics partner's international warehouse. During the holidays, carriers can take a little longer: we'll say so on the website if that's the case.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Taxes and customs duties

Our prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code); outside the European Union, they may be displayed in your local currency. For deliveries within the European Union, any import charges are paid before shipping: there's nothing to pay on delivery. For deliveries to the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada, customs duties or local taxes may be requested by the carrier on delivery; they are payable by the recipient.

Delivery problem

Please double-check your address before placing your order. If your parcel is lost, doesn't arrive within the times shown or arrives damaged, write to us at bmd.ecom691@gmail.com: we'll open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, we'll send you a new item or refund you.
